2. Personal Data Processed
Identity (name), contact (e-mail, phone, address), customer transaction (request content, quotations, invoices, payment details), transaction security (IP, logs, credentials), marketing (newsletter preference) and store data accessed during service delivery.
3. Purposes
Receiving requests and preparing quotations; managing contract processes; delivering services, support and maintenance; finance and accounting; information security; compliance with legal obligations; communication; and, with explicit consent, marketing and newsletters.
4. Legal Grounds
Under KVKK art. 5/2: establishment and performance of a contract (b/c), legal obligation (ç), establishment and protection of rights (e), legitimate interest (f); explicit consent under art. 5/1 for newsletters and marketing.
5. Collection Method
Collected by automatic and non-automatic means through website forms, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp and other channels, access granted during service delivery, and cookies.
6. Transfers
Personal data may be transferred, in accordance with KVKK arts. 8 and 9, to competent authorities where legally required, to infrastructure, e-mail and software providers for service delivery, and to accounting and legal advisers. Safeguards required by the Board are applied for international transfers.
7. Retention
Data is retained for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Rights of the Data Subject
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request rectification, request erasure or destruction, request notification of these actions to recipients, object to results produced by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.

Applications may be submitted in writing to the address above, via registered e-mail, or to hello@w3.net.tr together with identifying information. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
